Restore NAND Backup

Restore a NAND backup to revert your Switch to an earlier state.

- You need 30GB of free space on the microSD card to restore a backup.
What You Need
- Any Switch With CFW
- Hekate Bootloader Folder & Payload
- MicroSD Card (64GB+)
- NAND Backup
Restore NAND Backup
- Make sure you have the Hekate bootloader folder on the root of your microSD card, and the corresponding hekate_ctcaer_x.x.x.bin payload. If you don’t have them click the link below and extract the hekate_ctcaer_x.x.x_Nyx_x.x.x.zip to the root of your microSD card.
- Move the backup folder to the root of your microSD card.
- Open the backup/xxxxxxxx folder and move all of the files (BOOT0, BOOT1 & rawnand.bin) from backup/xxxxxxxx to the backup/xxxxxxxx/restore folder.
- Insert your microSD card into your Switch > put your Switch into RCM > inject the hekate_ctcaer_x.x.x.bin to boot into Hekate.
- Set the Time/Date.
- In Hekate, select Tools > Restore eMMC > eMMC BOOT0 & BOOT1 > Power button.
- When it’s finished, select Close > eMMC RAW GP > Power button.
- When it’s finished, select Close > Close > Home and reboot your Switch.
- You can delete the backup folder off your microSD card.
