Set Up Game Cheats

Set up and manage game cheats for offline use.

What You Need

  • Unpatched/Modchipped Switch
  • MicroSD Card (64GB+)
  • Tesla-Menu With Edizon Overlay
  • All-in-One Switch Updater

Set Up Cheats

  1. Make sure you have the Tesla-Menu with the Edizon overlay set up prior to starting this guide. You can click the link below to do this if you need to.

  1. Download the software from the link below.

  1. Extract the .zip folder to the root of your microSD card.
  1. Navigate to the atmosphere/config_templates folder on the root of your microSD card.
  1. Open the system_settings.ini file and paste this at the bottom of all the text:

; Controls whether dmnt should always save cheat toggle state

  1. Move the system_settings.ini file from the atmosphere/config_templates folder to the atmosphere/config folder.
  1. Boot Atmosphere CFW and launch All-in-One Switch Updater from the hbmenu.
  1. Move to ‘Download cheats’ on the left panel, then select ‘Download GBAtemp.net cheat archive (ver xxxxxxxx)’ from the right panel (this will only download cheats for the titles you have installed. If you want to download all available cheats you can select ‘Download GBAtemp.net cheat codes’).
  1. Exit All-in-One Switch Updater and load a game you want to apply cheats to.
  1. Once the title loads, open the Telsa-Menu with the game still running.
  1. Launch the EdiZon overlay from the Tesla-Menu and select the cheats you want to use.
  1. Exit the Tesla-menu/Edizon overlay and return to your game, the cheats will be applied.
